Michael is a founder of MDT & Associates, an advisory firm that helps government entities, companies, start-ups, and investors understand and exploit emerging technologies.

Michael is also the founder of two other technology-based ventures in Virginia.

With over thirty years of leadership experience in increasingly responsible positions in public sector and commercial IT management, Michael has played a key role in developing his companies’ technology strategy and engineering capabilities. He has a track record of growth, profitability, customer satisfaction and organizational transformation.

Michael has extensive experience in the management and organizational transformation of large engineering organizations. He also consults with clients in the areas of large-scale strategic systems planning, system architecture development, systems development methodologies, and systems development and implementation.

Donna L. Titmus

Donna is a founder of MDT & Associates, an advisory firm that helps government entities, companies, start-ups, and investors understand and exploit emerging technologies.

With over forty years of experience in increasingly responsible positions in commercial management, Donna has extensive experience in Human Resources Management, Change Management and Organizational Transformation.
